LGBTQ+ Friendly Wedding Photography
Walking into the wedding industry, I (priviledgedly) never realized that photography spaces and the wedding industry could be so intolerant. (insert vomit emoji here) So as of May of 2026, I have been slowly compiling a list of LGBTQ+ owned Wedding vendors and VETTED Safe Allies I will add to my website when completed. I will be working on a POC Vendor List next! I understand the safety and ethical choices people want/need to make when choosing their vendors and want to provide options for you to best select who you want your hard-earned money to go to. ALL Vendors will be vetted for professional practices as well. You can always contact me for recommendations in the meantime! Wedding Planning is already stressful enough! I want to help ease the process any way I can. These vendors will be my recommended for ALL couples to keep money in safe spaces to thrive!

Engagement Sessions
Engagement sessions are perfect for building your wedding websites! They help document the excitement for your big day and get your guests excited too. Everyone is ready to celebrate your big day, these sessions are just the trailer to the epic movie ahead!
Payment Plans Available
Payments can be broken up into biweekly or monthly payments.
Retainer Fees
A 20% Retainer fee is required to book the date. Retainer fees are non-refundable unless in a rare event I am unable to fulfill the contract, unforeseen emergencies or acts of nature such as severe weather conditions. Retainers may be transferable to a new date if availability allows.
Travel Fees
Will travel up to 50 miles for no extra fee. Every mile over 50 is $1/mile up to 150 miles. Over 150 miles, travel expenses will be a flat fee for necessary overnight stays discussed at booking.
Overtime Pricing
If you underestimated the time coverage you need, every additional hour pass booking is an additional $125 for one photographer or $200 if 2 photographers were booked and expected to stay. THIS ISN'T ALWAYS AN OPTION, this is a day of call whether we can provide additional coverage or not. The photographers can refuse extra services at any moment and only uphold to original agreement for any reasoning.
Custom Packages
Not sure what package to book? No worries, we can customize something for you at a reasonable cost. Whether you don't want the prints, want to trade an engagement session for an addition hour or a family session, just ask!

Editing styles vary by scenery, time of day, lighting, and preferences. We will discuss styles BEFORE any monetary exchange.

The Process of booking
Inquire - Reach out to me through email, contact form, social media or through phone.
If I have the date available and we're a good fit, I will send you a Questionnaire for more details that can also be edited later as you plan more.

Contracts & Planning
Once your questionnaire is completed, I will reach out with any additional questions. We will pick your package, discuss payment and plans if needed and write up your contract.
Dates are not saved until contracts are signed and retainer fees are paid. Once we have that your date is saved! We will keep in contact throughout the planning phase and provide help anywhere we can.

Wedding Day
Upon arrival we will scout the location, confirm your timeline, shots planned and go over the game plan for photos again to solidify everyone is on the same page. If you need help throughout the day please ask, we are here to assist in any way we can.
When we have completed our time coverage we will head out and let you newly weds enjoy the rest of your party! Sneak Peaks will be ready in 72 hours and full gallery delivery times will be discussed upon booking. Once you have received your private online gallery, you can share with your friends and family if you choose to. Our galleries give you the option to purchase prints directly to make it easy to get your favorites printed.

Cancellations
Retainer Fees are to save the date they are non-refundable. If the photographer cannot fulfill contracted duties and cancels, full remaining amount will be refunded. If client cancels within 60 days of wedding date, full remaining amount will be refunded. If cancellation occurs 59-31 days of saved date, 50% will be refunded. If canceled 30-15 days of the date, only 25% will be refunded. If cancelled 14 days or less before the date no refund will be issued unless circumstances are due to an extreme act of nature or medical emergency resulting in the entire wedding being cancelled or rescheduled. In situations of rescheduling, IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER HAS THE DATE OPEN, all payments will be credited to the new date. This will all be clearly stated in your contract.
